Projects

Over the years we have organised a lot of projects. We call them projects because they are always carefully planned activities that we carry out with the kids to achieve a particular goal. These projects range from events, to gardening, to communal works of art, and everything in between.

There’s no limit to what we can achieve. Sometimes we look to inspire, or to help others and give back to our community. Other times we focus our energy on projects designed to protect the environment. And, of course, some of our projects are purely for fun and to get our creative juices flowing.

However, some of our favourite projects have been to say THANK YOU to all of you out there who support the Little Hearts family. The work we do would be incredibly difficult, if not impossible, without every single one of you.

Due to schools closing during COVID-19, it’s important for us stay busy and organise our days especially now that all of the kids are at home. Apart from our usual daily schedule of morning exercises, building maintenance, and English and Khmer classes, we’re always working on new projects. With the help of our teachers, the kids are busy learning something new, creating something out of nothing, learning about different cultures, practicing dance, performing in plays, or working on our art gallery to showcase their skills.

We always work hard to lead by example, to motivate others and to give our kids the best quality of life that we can. Here are just a handful of examples of the main activities we’ve done in the past. Take a look!
